Junior Engineer Production (f/m/d)

In this role, you are more than just a link in the chain – you are the catalyst that connects our machine operators with engineering know-how and cross-functional expertise to enable world-class production at Europe's only IC substrate plant.

• Act as the vital link between our machine operators and the broader organization – you translate technical complexity into hands-on excellence and bring production insights to life
• Empower shift leaders and operators through impactful, practice-oriented training – always up-to-date, always close to the real challenges on the shopfloor
• Shape the future of production stability by supporting smart maintenance strategies – gathering machine data and translating it into actionable improvements
• Be part of machine change approvals and restarts – together with quality, maintenance and process experts, you make sure we start stronger than before

• Technical education (e.g. HTL), ideally with first experience in the electronics industry or relevant experience with complex machines and their maintenance
• Proficiency in German and English, strong communication skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze data, and support cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to work in shift models and cleanroom environment
• Basic IT skills (Word, Excel)
• Flexibility, adaptability, and readiness to work in a multicultural team
