Your Challenge

• An opportunity is available for an Employee Execution & Logistics limited for 2 years.

• Handling day to day execution tasks of Agri commodities bulk shipments on basis FOB/CIF/C&F with multiple destinations
• Checking/matching terms and conditions of commercial contracts
• Taking care of daily correspondence/communication with clients and with our affiliates in origin and destinations to ensure smooth operations
• Execution of Letters of Credit
• Updating/monitoring position lists and statements of account
• Calculation of Laytimes
• Generating/processing all relevant invoices and debit/credit notes
• System entries, managing boat accounts
• Processing/matching accruals for month/quarter/year end closing

• Completed apprenticeship / bachelor or similar qualification in the commercial area is helpful
• At least 3 years of experience in the field of execution & logistics
• Good language skills in English
• Good knowledge of contracts (GAFTA, FOSFA etc.)
• Sound knowledge in software applications like Microsoft office
• Structured, swift and accurate way of working
• Sound communication skills as well as strong ability to work in a team
• Highly motivated
