In your role, you lead a production department and contribute to shape the future of the first ICS plant in Europe. You drive excellence by aligning operations with strategic goals, fostering innovation, and empowering teams to deliver high-quality products. With a strong focus on process optimization and ramp-up, you play a key role in advancing everything AT&S stands for: innovation, excellence, and performance.

• Achieve production targets including throughput, CSR, quality, and cost
• Optimize processes for stability, efficiency, and scalability
• Drive innovation by collecting improvement ideas and fostering a proactive environment
• Support equipment ramp-up including layout planning, procurement, and validation
• Ensure resource efficiency and timely budget execution
• Standardize processes and qualify new materials and technologies
• Maintain technical oversight and align operations with strategic objectives

• University degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field, alternatively equivalent practical experience
• Proven leadership experience with measurable results in production environments
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• High technology affinity; comfortable with digital tools and production systems
• Proficient in German and English
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication and change management skills
