Aufgaben
The Impact You'll Make
The Clean Key Account Technologist (KAT) will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturingrelationships with our key customers. This position requires a deep understanding ofsemiconductor processes and equipment, as well as the ability to provide technical expertiseand support to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
What You'll Do
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary technical point of contact.
- Priority Alignment: Drive alignment between account teams and clean product line on priorities for market penetrations and defenses.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with customers to optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and performance.
- Product Demonstrations: Organize product demonstrations and presentations to showcasethe capabilities and benefits of Lam Research technologies.
- Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to drive continuousimprovement and innovation in our products and services.
- Training and Education: Provide training and educational resources to customers and account teams to enhance their understanding and utilization of Lam Research technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and product development teams to align customer needs with company objectives.
Qualifikationen
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics,Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with a Bachelor degree, or 8 years with a Masters degree or 5 years with a PhD.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required. Additionally strong communication skills in Chinese preferred.
- Travel: Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.

This position will be occupied in Villach. It is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry (https://www.metalltechnischeindustrie.at/fileadmin/content/Dokumente/Kollektivvertrag/KV-2025_2026/FMTI_Mindesgehaltstabelle_2025.pdf) in occupation group G. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
