The Bruker Optics Division primarily designs, manufactures and distributes research, analytical and process analysis instruments and solutions based on infrared and Raman molecular spectroscopy and imaging technologies. These products are utilized in industry, government and academia for a wide range of applications and solutions for life science, pharmaceutical, food and agricultural analysis, quality control and process analysis applications. Infrared and Raman spectroscopy are widely used in both research and industry as simple, rapid, nondestructive and reliable techniques for applications ranging from basic sample identification and quality control to advanced research and also in remote sensing setups for environmental control. The Bruker Optics Division also utilizes Fourier transform and dispersive Raman measurement techniques on an extensive range of laboratory and process spectrometers. The Bruker Optics Division's products are complemented by a wide range of sampling accessories and techniques, which include, among others, microanalysis and high-throughput screening to help users find suitable solutions to analyze their samples effectively.

A new position was created for the “Head of Global Marketing- as part the Bruker Optics Group based in Ettlingen, Germany, to provide professional and personal leadership to the global digital and content marketing teams. The main goal of this leadership role is to ensure operational efficiency in combination with continuous innovation and development of the portfolio of operational marketing channels for the sustainable generation of qualified leads, thus sales opportunities. The Head of Global Operational Marketing will set standards and seek global alignment on tools and processes enabling the regional marketing & communication teams to benefit from global concepts while adding localization.

Head of Global Marketing (m/f/d)


Aufgaben
  • Provide marketing & communications guidance and support for all markets, segments, and divisions related to global digital and content marketing including e-mail campaigns, webinars and events, online ads & paid search (SEA), marketing automation and customer journeys, social media marketing, brochures, flyers and white papers, multimedia & videos, writing, graphic design, web content, experience and personalization
  • Provide a defined and sustainable quantity and quality of qualified leads based on the defined marketing planner tactics
  • Ensure strong partnership cooperation with the market segment managers and other business partners
  • Strong collaboration and enablement of regional marketing & .com teams
  • Plan and implement cross-channel marketing and campaigns with special focus on Digital Marketing
  • Managing global development and customization of the corporate web site
    • Responsible for developing a successful personalized customer experience on website(s) or mobile applications
    • Evaluating website traffic, web opportunity figures, and conducting research to determine the customers' needs
    • Design and implement search (SEO) and visibilty program
  • Effectively manage assigned budget and allocated resources
  • Secure and continuously improve process excellence in Marketing programs and activities
  • Establish Markting Business Partner approach for Bruker Optics
  • Alignment with Corporate Marketing and similar Roles within Bruker

Profil
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Communications or Marketing
  • Proven 5+ years of experience in marketing communication, including development and execution of tactical plans, experience in biotechnology, medical devices or life sciences space required
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital and social media platforms, including SEO and Google Analytics, Marketing Automation, SFDC
  • Ability to influence without authority across multiple functional and regional groups
  • Experience working across multiple levels, functions, and regions in a matrix environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and confidence working with key stakeholders from both technical and marketing backgrounds
  • Strong time-management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • A talent for creativity and critical thinking
  • Proficient with MS Office applications Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good language skills spoken & written in english and german
