We have been producing fruit juices and fruit juice concentrates from conventional and organic fruits for the processing industry since 1972. We supply both standardized and customized fruit juices and fruit juice concentrates to well-known manufacturers in the fruit juice, spirits, jam and baby food industries in Germany and abroad. The fruit juice industry operates on a high technological standard. Our main processes include: Fruit pressing, filtration, aroma extraction, storage, production of fruit juice concentrates, recipe formulation, automatic filling, quality control, hygiene and environmental protection. Our high quality standard is continuously certified by various certificates (IFS Food, BIO, SGF, Kosher). As a strongly expanding company we are looking for reinforcement. Description

As a Sales Manager at Prodalim Rauner GMBH you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to expand our customer base and increase sales of our red fruit juices and concentrates. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and other partners in the food and beverage industry.

The sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sustainable, profitable growth with selected Key-Accounts and local Accounts by leveraging our core competencies. Drive sustainable business opportunities which contribute to our customer's success and differentiate us from our competitors. Providing technical support and product development for the relevant market and strategic customers


Aufgaben
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new markets and customer segments.
  • Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of our red fruit juice and concentrate products to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Sales Forecasting: Develop sales forecasts and budgets, and monitor performance against targets.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and analysis to track performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Trade Shows and Events: Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and network with potential partners.

Profil
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the food and beverage industry, preferably with a focus on juices &concentrates, Compounds and Aromas. At least 3 years of experiance
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
  • Understanding of the red fruit industry and its dynamics.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and German.
  • Very good level in Microsoft office systems (power point\Excel)
