Aufgaben
  • Develop and implement a global strategy to enable the business for implementing security technology and for the secure usage of emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, etc.)

  • Work with all ZEISS business units and corporate functions to understand their specific security requirements and provide guidance for utilizing new technologies to their full potential while maintaining the necessary InfoSec requirements

  • Evaluate emerging technologies for their security risks and provide guidance on risk mitigation strategies and work with all ZEISS business units to understand their specific security requirements related to emerging technologies

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to information security and risk management

  • Raise awareness and promote the use of emerging (security) technology and support the communication and community building in the field

  • Participate in the development and implementation of global InfoSec policies, standards, and procedures and contribute to the development of the global InfoSec roadmap and strategy

  • Act as a liaison between business units and InfoSec teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration on emerging (security) technologies

  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on the status of emerging technologies and their security implications

  • Support the 360° Secure development and operation (SecDevOps) initiatives and its implementation across ZEISS

  • Enable and support Secure DevOps Best Praxis across ZEISS / SBUs

  • Define and enables minimum-security baseline (Policy) to apply to DevOps processes and pipelines

  • Support a careful selection and implementation of security solution and intelligent automation that enable security by design into during the development and operation of digital solution @ speed and @scale

  • Define and enable specific metrics to drive action and support compliance objectives

  • Report on the Overall status of Secure DevOps Best praxis implementation in the SBUs and their impact on the speed and scale of business value delivery


Profil
  • Professional education / studies in the field of Information Security (Bachelor's, Master's, Or PhD's degree) or equivalent combination of education and working experience

  • experiences in digital solution design or development /engineering, including in positions such as Agile Coach, product Owner, or Project manager

  • Strong Secure DevOps development practices, and experience in secure CI/CD pipelines

  • Strong expertise in Community management as well as stakeholder expectations and experiences management

  • Excellent written and oral/digital communication skills with multiple levels of leadership involving both business and technical sides of the business

  • Experience in the implementation and integration of Security by design into business processes and Capacity to map, document and communicate processes

  • Demonstrated passion for understanding ambiguous, complex problems and driving high-quality, innovative, and robust solutions

  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skill and High level of personal resilience, Self-driven, results-oriented and Ability to work in a team and to lead technical standardization at a global level

  • Effectively collaborate, manage and coach a variety of stakeholders, from senior management to technical teams in a matrix organization

  • Fluent English language skills, German or other languages are of advantage
